To celebrate the San Diego-Tijuana 2024 World Design Capital, the Center for Collaborative Design is working with Raygun to produce a book showcasing the places locals love in the greater San Diego/Tijuana region. The intent is to highlight the spaces between the buildings where we like to gather and spend time with friends and family (or by ourselves) at various times of the day and year. By visualizing the places we love, we aim to encourage decision makers to design, plan, support and prioritize more of these spaces and places in every community and for every person in our region.
A photo-heavy, bilingual, paperback, guidebook to free, publicly accessible spaces, the book will be available at gift shops, online and at World Design Capital events in 2024.
